Seamus McKillop
Special Projects Assistant, The Vilcek Foundation
Special Projects Assistant Seamus McKillop conducts market research for the Vilcek Foundation on topics pertinent to advancing its mission and programs—immigrant achievement in the sciences and arts, immigration law, philanthropy, and nonprofit-related issues. Mr. McKillop, who holds a BS in Marketing, disseminates this information to Foundation staff, as needed, and measures the effectiveness of the organization’s public reach, advertising, and communications strategies. Mr. McKillop also fosters cooperative relationships with Vilcek Foundation prize winners and finalists; assists staff with promoting and producing Foundation events and exhibits; and acting as liaison to vendors, contractors, and subcontractors. He augments his professional aptitude with practical experience gained while in high school, acclimating foreign-born students, and serving as an intern with the Vilcek Foundation.
