Christopher Rungoo
Executive Assistant for Administration, The Vilcek Foundation
As Executive Assistant for Administration at the Vilcek Foundation, Christopher Rungoo’s responsibilities consist primarily of managing the organization’s human resources functions, including personnel compensation and benefits; he also ensures that all related financial recordkeeping is up to date and compliant. In addition, he provides administrative support to the executive staff of the Foundation. Mr. Rungoo brings to his role both the education and experience necessary to meet the diverse needs of the Foundation. He earned a master’s degree in business administration and a second master’s in industrial/organizational psychology, and has focused his career on the nonprofit arena. And as the son of immigrants, Mr. Rungoo has insight into the challenges faced by newcomers to the United States, as well as a deep appreciation for their accomplishments.
